I wanted to make a withdrawal worth of #10,000 on saturday 16th august 2014 at 1:26pm.The transaction occurred on a Firstbank ATM machine in bariga with the use of my skye bank ATM.The machine did not dispense cash but my account was debited with #10,000.I have made a report at my bank(skye) and was asked to be patient for 10 working days.Today is the 9th day though but no response yet

Why is the webpay OTP not working anymore, i have been trying to make an online deposit to my paga account through my first ban atm card, but i didn’t receive the OTP sms in my phone.. what is really happening? Can any one please update us?. Its really frustrating.

Refunds on cash withdrawals are handled by the bank as its not a Quickteller transaction.
