    I wanted to make a withdrawal worth of #10,000 on saturday 16th august 2014 at 1:26pm.The transaction occurred on a Firstbank ATM machine in bariga with the use of my skye bank ATM.The machine did not dispense cash but my account was debited with #10,000.I have made a report at my bank(skye) and was asked to be patient for 10 working days.Today is the 9th day though but no response yet
    Kindly assist in geeting a retract of this cash sir/Ma

      Refunds on cash withdrawals are handled by the bank as its not a Quickteller transaction.

      Please contact your bank.

    Why is the webpay OTP not working anymore, i have been trying to make an online deposit to my paga account through my first ban atm card, but i didn’t receive the OTP sms in my phone.. what is really happening? Can any one please update us?. Its really frustrating.

    I bought airtime using quick teller twice my bank debited my account without crediting my phone. At first I bought Etisalat 1000 and subsequently 500 both was charged from my bank but I wasn’t credited. Please this is the phone number I tried topping. 08171452859.” thank you.
