I lost my Card and I got a new Verve Card from the bank. What do I do?

After you have gotten a new card from the bank, take the following steps.

1. Send a request to support@interswitchng.com stating that your Verve card has expired and you would like it to be deleted
2. After a successful deletion, activate your new Verve card at an ATM or on the app
3. Refresh Data on your Quickteller App
3. Attempt a transaction e.g. a balance enquiry to confirm that you are fine. If an error occured, please contact us via mail at support@interswitchng.com
