Not Getting Your Airtime? We Promise to Do Better!

Ok, sometimes even the best laid plans can go awry. Things beyond our control occur and although you have been debited, the purchased credit just refuses to drop into your phone. Now this failure may occur for a variety of reasons, outside our control, and despite our best efforts.

We end up with egg on our face and you are left without that much needed credit. Sigh.

As Quickteller, we try to look our best at all times and have now put some measures in place that will significantly reduce the occurrence of this airtime top-up failure, namely:

An automated retry process for your airtime transactions such that, our systems will automatically retry the attempt to top up your line a few times before giving up.

 

And in the event this still does not credit your line in good enough time, we have beefed up our team at support@Interswitchng.com to work with your bank for refunds.

Kinda technical huh? Well, the summary is that we expect that almost all recharge attempts will be successful. This means that those airtime purchase failures experienced will be reduced to next to nothing! Watch out and see.

    Please,I don’t know why I can’t use my quick teller to buy recharge card any longer since I have wipe my blackberry and re-download quick teller application again,it will asked for my Atm digit,then when I enter d digit,it will asked me to activate it,wen am trying to activate it,it will show it has already be registered,I need a quick resolution on it urgently please.

    Please, try purchasing credit to my eatisalat line on your platform but the recharge was not sucessfull. Till now my account has been debited N500 but the phone is not credited with the airtime. Please help recover my money or credit. thanks

    Please, try purchasing credit mtn to my elder brother line on your platform but the recharge was not successful. Till now my account has been debited N400 twice {N800} but the phone is not credited with the airtime. Please help recover my money cos i have purchase another credit physially
