Mobile account not credited

I recharged my Airtel line 08027474977 three days ago with N800.00 with Stanbic IBTC online platform and I was debited by my bank, Stanbic IBTC Bank.
My phone was alerted by quickteller saying “Your recharge is in progress and if you don’t get value in 1 hr pls contact us”. Now I have not gotten the value for three days. So ridiculous !
