PLS REFUND MY MONEY OKAY
I am Barrister Aloamaka Chukwunonso Patrick by
name, and a student Post Graduate LLM (MASTER OF LAWS) student of the
University of Benin with Matriculation Number: PG/LAW1313406.
the 19th day of September, 2014 at about 12:11 pm, I tried to pay my
school fees online for the 2013/2014 session using my Zenith Bank
ATM/Mastercard but to my greatest surprise the transaction was
unsuccessful, I tried again at 12:14 pm and 12:21 pm respectively but it
still came out unsuccessful. So at about 12:30pm I withdrawed #4,000
(four thousand naira) from ACCESS ATM MACHINE using my Zenith mastercard
and checked my account balance to find out that the sum of #120, 000.00
(ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND NAIRA) has been debited from my
account which was the same amount for the school fees.
am writing you to notify you of my intentions to take legal actions
against this company if the sum of #120, 000.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY
THOUSAND NAIRA) is not credited into my account or my school fees is not
been paid in full, because I do not understand why the #120, 000.00
(ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND NAIRA) will be debited from my account
when the payment of the school fees was unsuccessful.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR FACE LEGAL ACTIONS
I await for your urgent response to this mail as soon as possible.
