recharge complain

My account was debited with 400.00 using my FCMB verve card to recharge my glo line 08053732069 and i also used my gtb mastercard to recharge my visafone line with 200.00. Both accounts have been debited and i was told the transaction was successful but the recharge didn’t reflect on both lines. Please revert ASAP. Thank you.
