From your payment history you can also select and print out the receipt of a particular previous transaction or upon the completion of a transaction. The choice is yours.

8.     DELE…TE

Ok! As a good and loyal frequent (registered) user perhaps your Payment History list is too long and you would just like to tidy up….. or you just ended your two year old relationship with Anne your girlfriend your mechanic, you can easily delete the payment data for Anne your mechanic confining that relationship to forgetfulness. Yes, we can help you cover your tracks with a simple Delete button! :)

9.     Our 7 Shortcuts of Life

Wherever you are and wherever you go on the Quickteller site these 7 shortcut boxes – Home, History, My Services, Buy Mobile Recharge, Send and Receive Money, Pay your bills online and Select a service category – follow you, offering a quick click to any of their functions and landing pages. This way you can’t get lost on Quickteller.

10.   Our smashing Pic of the Day

Our Pic of the Day offers you photo shots of landscapes, cityscapes and other panorama of Nigeria (and other parts of Africa) like never seen before. Captured through the eye of a roving lens, we showcase on a near daily basis these beautiful shots of our very dear nation
and continent. Our purpose is to elicit a smile and a sense of pride. Also, on the Home page there’s the Pic of the Day button which offers a full screen view of the day’s pic with an attendant caption. All rights reserved.

11.   Our Feedback Button

A Feedback Button that allows you to take and send a screenshot of the page you are referring to? Yup! Great for enquiries and complaints so that everyone is on the same page!

Also a “What should we add next?” option that lets you choose or add your vote to a previously mentioned suggestion thereby giving it greater attention priority! So you get to choose what add-ons or changes we incorporate to the new site!

    I have not been able to use my ATM to pay for Dstv and Stertimes subscription on Internet on Quick Teller Website since 2weeks now. Request was that I should register for secure Code which I have done. Up till now I still now been able to use the Card.
    What can I do now.

      Idris hi, thank you for choosing Quickteller! Kindly send an email to or call 01-9065000 with the last 4 digits of your ATM card number, the name of the bank that issued the card and your phone number. Let us solve the problem for you.

    Apart from the printing of transaction details and the history, i’m sorry this new website is difficult to naviagte and not use friendly.

    You have to look and look and look to get around the site before you do anything which was not the case on the old site.

    My staffs including me stuggles on the new site.

    The ICONs are too big.

    The log in botton(or section is too tiny-you can hardly know it is there). It was perfect where it was on the old site and was big enough for anyone to see.

    After logging on, you find it hard to know how to check/change your profile.

    And othersss.

    The best you can do i send a simple “choose old or new” survey to your databse and see which one will carry the day.
