What do i do if my verve card is registered with another wallet (Error 5091)

This error occurs when the card you are trying to activate on the phone has been activated with a different phone number (perhaps with your alternate phone number). When this occurs, send a mail to support@interswitchng.com or call 01-9065000, requesting this to be fixed.

However, to avoid this error, ensure that the phone number tied to your bank account is the as as the the one with which you enroll for Safetoken at the ATM and is also the same as the phone on which you installed Quickteller App.
